Abstract Since CNPC implemented engineering supervision management in 2002, each oilfield branch has implemented engineering supervision in oilfield construction, safety, quality and schedule, and the supervision management mode adapting to the characteristics of each oilfield is summed up. Each oilfield branch contributes to the supervision management of CNPC. Based on summing up the 8 years experience of CNPC in supervision management, the problems are analyzed, and the development goals and suggestions are put forward in the future, which can provide the reference for all the oilfield branches formulating the future development plans.%中国石油股份公司自2002年全面推行工程监督管理以来,各油田分公司积极推进工程监督在油田建设、安全、质量、进度等方面得到全面发展和提高,总结出了适应各油田特点的监督管理模式,为股份公司监督管理作出了贡献。在总结8年来监督管理经验的基础上分析了存在的问题,提出了今后监督管理发展方向和建议;为各油田制定下一步发展措施提供借鉴。
