一种基于闭环反馈优化的 IDC 基础设施造价评估模型

     

摘要

In view of the problems in analyzing the cost of enterprise IDC (Internet Data Center)room such as long pe-riod and low accuracy,a kind of method to predict the cabinet cost more accurately at the beginning of construction of com-puter room is proposed,in order to provide reference for the IDC room pricing.Based on summing up the experience in the planning and construction of infrastructure projects,through analysis of the historical data from projects of same type,an IDC room infrastructure cost model is established which is based on cabinet unit power consumption.Meanwhile,closed-loop feedback control is introduced to improve output data of the model.The application results show that the cost data predicted by the model is very close to the actual cost,so the model can be used for pricing the IDC room related products.%针对企业运营 IDC(互联网数据中心)机房成本分析周期长且准确度低的问题,为给 IDC 机房定价提供合理依据,提出了一种能够在机房建设之初即能较准确的预测机柜造价的方法。在总结基础设施项目规划建设经验的基础上,通过对同类型项目的历史数据分析,建立以机柜单位功耗为衡量单位的 IDC 机房基础设施造价模型,同时引入闭环反馈控制理念以改善模型的输出数据。模型应用结果表明通过模型预测的造价数据与实际造价数据很接近,能够用于 IDC 机房相关产品的定价。
