The paper puts forward strategic measures that relying on the collaborative development of zones to promote the economic development of coastal areas of Hebei by analyzing the current situation and basics of development zones of Hebei coastal areas and comparing the differences of the leading role of zones to the regional economics with other development zones around Bohai region. First, implement the linkage of development zones. Second, promote university-industry cooperation. Third, promote the devel-opment of financial industry.
