聚氨酯改性有机硅风格整理剂的合成及应用

         

摘要

Polyurethane prepolymer was prepared with isophorone di socyanate (IPDI), poly propylene gly⁃col (PPG), trimethylolpropane (TMP), N- methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) as the raw materials; then the preploy⁃mer was reacted with the double- ended aminopropyl silicone, and a kind of polyurethane- modified silicone style finishing agent was synthesized after neutralization and emulsification. The synthetic process was opti⁃mized by single factor experiment as fol ows: R value (molar ratio of NCO to OH) was 2.2, the weight of MDEA and TMP were 9% and 1% (on the total mass of the monomer), respectively. Compared with the un⁃treated cotton fabric, the MIU of the treated fabric was decreased from 0.279 to 0.199, the bending rigidity (B) of the treated fabric was decreased from 0.104 2 gf·cm2/cm to 0.090 6 gf·cm2/cm, the urgent elastic recovery angle of treated fabric was increased from 186° to 219° , the gentle elastic recovery angle of treated fabric was raised from 208° to 231°, and the treated fabrics had good slip elastic handle, when the dosage of finish⁃ing agent was 80 g/L, bath ratio was 1∶30, and curing temperature and time were 150℃and 90 s, respectively.%以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)为原料,合成了聚氨酯预聚体;再与双端氨丙基硅油反应,经中和、乳化制备了一种用于棉织物的聚氨酯改性有机硅风格整理剂。通过单因素试验优化了合成工艺条件:R值[n(NCO)/n(OH)]为2.2,MDEA和TMP用量分别为9%和1%(对单体总质量)。在整理剂用量80 g/L、浴比1∶30、150℃焙烘90 s的工艺条件下,经整理的棉织物经向动摩擦系数MIU由0.279降至0.199,经向弯曲刚度B由0.1042 gf·cm2/cm降至0.0906 gf·cm2/cm,急弹、缓弹折皱回复角分别由186°、208°增至219°、231°,织物具有良好的滑弹手感。
