柳皮果胶的提取及对真丝织物的防紫外整理性能研究

         

摘要

Pectin was extracted from willow bark with Tartaric acid as the main extractant on the premise of comprehensive utilization of willow bark. Three factors affecting pectin of extraction time, pH and solid-liquid ratio were analyzed. Pectin extraction was optimized combining orthogonal test based on univariate analysis. The extractive pectin was diluted separately into solutions of different mass concentrations to be used in silk fabrics finishing, and the anti-UV property of finished fabrics was measured thereafter. The result showed that the extraction weight of willow bark pectin was the highest and the quality was the most stable while the extracting condition was obtained in pH of 2.5 for 150 min with the solid liquid ratio of 1:40. The willow bark had a light grey color. The anti-UV property of silk fabrics was enhanced apparently and the best anti-UV property was achieved at the mass fraction 6% after finishing.%以综合利用柳皮为前提对柳皮进行果胶的提取,酒石酸作为主要提取剂,对影响果胶提取的时间、pH、料液比3个单因素进行分析,并在单因素分析的基础之上结合正交试验进行果胶提取的优化,将提取的果胶分别稀释成不同质量浓度的果胶溶液,对真丝织物进行整理,测试了整理织物防紫外性能的变化.结果表明,在料液比为1:40、pH为2.5、提取时间为150 min时,柳皮果胶的提取质量最高且最稳定;柳皮果胶呈淡灰色状态,整理后的丝织物防紫外性能有明显的提高,当质量分数为6%时,整理后的丝织物抗紫外线性能最好.
