基于线性自抗扰控制的放卷张力控制系统

         

摘要

针对连续轧染机放卷系统恒张力控制的问题,由于该系统具有时变性、非线性和耦合性等特点,常规PID控制效果不良,结合自抗扰控制方法提出一种放卷张力控制的方法.根据放卷运行机理,对放卷过程进行数学建模,推导静、动态解耦模型,设计线性自抗扰控制器.通过对该控制器与常规PID控制进行对比仿真实验.实验表明:该控制器能够使织物的张力在放卷过程中保持恒定,提高系统的稳定性和抗干扰性.%Aiming at the problem of constant tension control of continuous rolling machine unwinding system, due to the characteristics of time-varying, non-linearity and coupling, the conventional PID control effect is bad, and a method of unwinding tension control is proposed by combining auto-disturbance rejection control method The According to the mechanism of unwinding operation, the mathematical model of the unwinding process is simulated, the static and dynamic decoupling model is deduced, and the linear auto-disturbance-rejection controller is designed. The simulation experiment is carried out by comparing the controller with the conventional PID control. Experiments show that the controller can make the tension of the fabric in the unwinding process to maintain a constant, improve the stability of the system and anti-jamming.
