天丝织物表面改性对墨滴铺展形状及颜色性能影响

         

摘要

为研究改性后的天丝织物对墨滴铺展形状及颜色性能的影响,采用十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(DTAC)对天丝织物进行表面改性.通过接触角和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对改性前后纤维的表面结构和形貌进行表征.结果表明,DTAC可使墨滴形状由近似十字型转变为椭圆形.与未处理织物相比,墨滴在织物上的铺展面积减小了49%,织物的颜色性能明显改善.%Inorderto investigate the effect of Tencel fabric surface modification on the shape and color performance of ink droplet spread, the Tencel fabrics were modified withDodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DTAC). The surface structure and morphology of the fibers before and after modificationwere characterized by contact angle and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results indicate that the ink droplet shape could be transformed cross shape into oval by DTAC. Compared with the untreated fabrics, the spreading area of the ink droplets on the modified fabric was reduced by 49% and color performance of Tencel fabric was improved obviously.
