随着社会主义现代化进程的不断推动，我国建筑行业得到了进一步的发展与壮大，市场竞争也越来越激烈。建筑工程量逐渐呈上升趋势，其质量问题也较为突出，严重影响到了开发商投资的时效性，威胁着居民的生活与安全，同时不利于房地产行业的可持续发展。本文主要从房屋建筑质量角度出发，针对当前存在的质量通病提出可行性解决策略，旨在促进建筑行业的健康发展。%with the continuous push the socialist modernization process, China's construction industry has been further development and growth, the market competition is increasingly fierce.
