方法论是马克思“东方社会构想”留给后人的另一重要遗泽。在马克思以俄国为典型考察东方社会的文本中，将东方社会与西方社会、古代社会发展序列和历史遗存纳入到人类发展的整体性历史视野中，具体分析社会发展历史发展阶段的一般性前景和特殊性可能，把社会历史发展规律与主体选择统一起来，凸显出马克思研究社会历史的整体的、历史的、辩证的方法。%The Oriental social idea which put forward by Carl Marx in his late years was the prediction of the road of development of pre-capitalism countries, in which the most important is the method of research:holistic vision based on the outlook of world histo-ry; unified the historical rule with the subjective choice;combined the universality with the particularity in society development;per-sisted in concrete historical conditions.The methods above are the methodology guidance for us to recognize and deal with the new problem in contemporary practice of Chinese characteristic socialism .
