超声波多通道同步温度分布测量方法

         

摘要

To solve the timeliness problem of ultrasonic temperature distribution measurement, a multi-channel synchronous ultrasonic measurement method for temperature distribution measurement was proposed. In this method, by using the multi-channel synchronous acquisition card and single chip microcomputer as the core device, the ultrasonic multi-channel synchronous temperature distribution measurement system was built up, and experiment for analyzing the error of the system hardware was carried out. On this basis, considering the pathological essence of ultrasonic temperature distribution in the image reconstruction, the two-stage image reconstruction method was applied to perform the temperature distribution measurement experiment. The results show that, this Labview-based ultrasonic measurement system can obtain accurate ultrasonic wave travelling time, and the temperature distribution obtained by the image reconstruction can agree well with the actual situation, indicating the above proposed system and the relative two-stage temperature distribution image reconstruction algorithm can accurately reflect the actual temperature distribution within the measurement range, which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed measurement system.%针对超声波温度分布测量方法时效性问题,提出一种超声波多通道同步温度分布测量方法.该方法以多通道同步采集卡及单片机为核心器件,构建超声波多通道同步温度分布测量系统,并对系统硬件进行误差分析.在此基础上,考虑到超声波温度分布图像重建问题的病态本质,本文采用两阶段图像重建方法进行了温度分布测量实验.结果表明,基于Labview,利用数据采集卡为核心的超声波测量系统可以得到较为准确的超声波飞渡时间测量值,并且图像重建得到的温度分布结果与实际温度分布情况较为吻合,表明本文提出的温度分布测量系统与相应的两阶段温度分布图像重建算法,在测量范围内可以较为准确地反映温度分布的实际情况,验证了测量系统的可行性与准确性.
