MILD燃烧评定标准验证实验

         

摘要

MILD(炉膛内氧气被强烈稀释到低氧条件下的一种温和燃烧模式)燃烧作为一种洁净燃烧技术已成为国内外研究的热点,然而有关判定MILD燃烧的标准却鲜见报道.为了有效地判定燃烧是否达到MILD状态,本文总结了评定MILD燃烧的3条标准,并实验测量了MILD燃烧的特征参数.通过分析特征参数的规律,发现实现非预混MILD燃烧要同时符合火焰呈淡蓝色或无明显火焰,温度波动比值β小于15%,炉膛中CO和NO x的质量分数低于100×10-63条标准.此研究结果可为非预混MILD燃烧的判定提供参考及依据.%As a kind of clean combustion technology, MILD combustion has become a hot research topic at home and abroad. However, there are few reports on evaluation of the MILD combustion. In order to evaluate whether the combustion reaches the MILD state, this paper summarizes three standards for evaluating the MILD combustion, and characteristic parameters of the MILD combustion are measured experimentally. It is found that the non-premixed MILD combustion must meet the requirement of three standards at the same time through analysis on the law of the characteristic parameters, namely, the flame is barely visible or bluish in color, the temperature uniformity ratioβ is below 15% and the concentration of CO or NOx in the furnace is lower than 100 ×10-6. The results provide reference and basis for evaluation of non-premixed MILD combustion.
