脱硫废水自然蒸发影响因素及规律探究

         

摘要

The basic experimental research on the natural evaporation of desulfurization wastewater is carried out under the conditions of natural conditions(wind velocity 0~7 m/s,temperature 0~50 ℃,humidity 15%~95%)by the method of weight loss,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results show that the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater is 0.000 3~0.214 3 g/(h·cm2).The effect of environment on the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater is similar to the effect of water.The higher temperature,the greater wind velocity,the lower humidity,the greater evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater and the effect of temperature is the most prominent.The presence of ions in liquid phase decreases the evaporation rate.And the difference of ions species has a slight effect on the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater,but the difference is small.In the experiment,the concentration and volume fraction of desulfurization wastewater affected its evaporation rate faintly.When the pH values of desulfurization wastewater are 1,12 or 7.5~8.5,the evaporation rate has three peaks.When the pH value is adjusted to 7.5~8.5,the evaporation rate of desulfurization wastewater reaches its maximum.%利用失重法和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征法,对自然条件范围内(风速0~7 m/s、温度0~50 ℃、湿度15%~95%)脱硫废水自然蒸发过程进行基础实验研究.结果表明:脱硫废水蒸发速率为0.000 3~0.214 3 g/(h·cm2);受环境影响规律与水相似,温度越高、风速越大、湿度越低,脱硫废水蒸发速率越大,且受温度影响最突出;液相离子的存在降低了蒸发速率,离子种类不同对蒸发速率影响稍有差异,但差别较小;实验中,脱硫废水的质量浓度(溶解性总固体)对其蒸发速率影响甚微;在脱硫废水 pH值为1、12、7.5~8.5时,蒸发速率呈现3个峰值,将pH值调至7.5~8.5,脱硫废水蒸发速率最大.
