进口气流速度分布不均对电站离心式引风机性能的影响

         

摘要

The performance of air fans is deteriorated for inlet airflow maldistribution.To solve this problem,by applying the advanced three dimensional flow field analysis software,the performance of a double-sided centrifugal air fan which is commonly used in power plants was numerically simulated,under conditions with different inlet airflows.The result indicates that,in practical operation,the inlet airflow distribution has great effect on the performance of the double-sided centrifugal air fans.When the inlet velocity is uniform or nearly uniform,the inlet airflow distribution is uniform,the vortex flow is small,and the fan efficiency is high.When the inlet velocity distribution is uneven,axial rotation of the air flow in different directions will occur at the impeller inlet,the vortex flow will increase,resulting in a poor fan performance.%针对进口气流速度不均导致电站离心式引风机性能恶化问题,借助先进的三维流场分析软件,以在电厂中较为通用的某双吸式离心引风机为研究对象,研究了不同进口气流速度分布对其性能的影响.结果表明:电厂引风机在实际运行过程中,进口气流速度的分布方式对风机性能有重要影响;当进口截面气流速度为均流或接近均流分布时,叶轮进口气流分布均匀,流道涡流少,风机效率较高;当进口截面气流速度分布不均时,叶轮进口气流会产生不同方向的轴向旋转,流道涡流较多,导致风机性能较差.
