针对某台260 t/h燃煤锅炉沾污结渣问题,在受热面喷涂防结渣复合陶瓷涂层,根据结渣部位,结合热力计算方法,得出最佳喷涂区域为从下二次风底部往上12 m的四周水冷壁,面积约为400 m2.喷漆后运行3个月的统计结果显示:锅炉的沾污结渣情况明显改善,炉膛温度显著降低,月吹灰频次下降95.5%,减温水量下降34.5%;但存在飞灰及炉渣含碳量增加问题.对此,可采用降低煤粉细度等方式改善.本文研究结果可为解决锅炉结渣问题提供较好途径.%To solve the fouling and slagging problems of a 260 t/h coal-fired boiler, composite ceramic coating was prepared on the heating surfaces of the boiler. According to the slagging position and by use of thermodynamic calculation method, the best spraying area was obtained, namely the water wall which covers 12 meters along furnace height from the bottom nozzles of the secondary air and has an area of 400 m2. The boiler statistical running results after three months' service show that, the fouling and slagging situation of this boiler has significant improvement. The furnace temperature is significantly decreased. The monthly blowing frequency of soot blowers is decreased by 95.5%, and the quantity of desurperheater water is reduced by 34.5%. However, this boiler exists the problem that the carbon contents of fly ash and furnace slag are increased after spraying job. The problem can be improved by reducing the coal fineness and other methods. The composite ceramic coating technology provides a better way to solve the problem of boiler slagging.
