内混式SNCR喷枪喷雾特性研究

         

摘要

The flow rate and atomization characteristics of sprayer have obvious influence on denitrification efficiency of the selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR) system. The main factors influencing the flow rate and atomization characteristics of the SNCR internal-mixing sprayer, such as the liquid pressure, gas pressure and gas-liquid ratio, were studied, especially the influence on the spray distance. The results show that, the liquid flow characteristic curve conforms to the exponential relationship ofQw≈(pw-p3)0.5. The optimal design pressure of the gas in the sprayer ispw≤pa≤pw+0.1 MPa. The atomized particle size got larger with the liquid pressure, and the spray range grew obviously. With an increase in the gas-liquid ratio, the atomized particle size got smaller, and the spray range shrinked. Considering the stiffness spray range problem, the gas-liquid ratio should be selected as 0.10. Moreover, a design gas-liquid ratio of less than 0.10 (kALR≤0.10) can significantly enlarge the spray range. Increasing the initial pressure of gas and liquid can not improve the spray distance significantly.%选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)脱硝系统中,还原剂内混式喷枪的流量特性和雾化特性对脱硝效率影响较大.本文通过实验研究了影响雾化特性的主要因素气、液压力和气液比对内混式SNCR喷枪流量特性和雾化特性的影响,尤其是对喷枪射程的影响.结果表明:喷枪内液体流量实验曲线基本符合Qw≈(pw-p3)0.5的指数增长关系;喷枪最佳设计气体压力为pw≤pa≤pw+0.1 MPa;随着液体压力的增大,雾化颗粒变大,射程增幅明显;随着气液比的增加,雾化颗粒越来越细,射程逐渐变小,考虑刚度射程问题时,气液比选择在0.10左右较为合宜,且设计气液比kALR≤0.10时可以明显的增加射程;增加气、液的初始压力不能显著改善喷枪穿透深度.
