水热提质褐煤的转化利用研究进展

         

摘要

中国褐煤储量丰富,但高含水率、低热值的特点制约了褐煤的加工转化和利用.水热脱水提质工艺由于具备脱水耗能低、脱氧、碳化以及表面改性等深度改性的特点而受到关注.目前,褐煤水热提质研究多偏向于单点的机理研究,而水热提质对于各种煤炭热转化及加工利用的影响及其产业化应用的前景分析缺乏.本文在阐述褐煤水热提质发展历程的基础上,重点探讨了水热提质对水煤浆制浆、液化、气化、热解和燃烧等方面的影响机理,并针对褐煤水热提质工艺和产业化应用存在的问题,提出了推进水热提质煤和水热废水直接制备高浓度水煤浆工业化应用,积极开展水热褐煤提质及转化利用工艺的技术研发,以及将褐煤水热提质与水煤浆气化、煤热解多联产系统、提质煤成型等工艺过程进行有机耦合等建议.%The reserve of lignite is abundant in China. However, the high moisture content and low calorific value in lignite are the major obstacles to its conversion and utilization. Hydrothermal dewatering (HTD) has attracted intense research attention, owing to its comprehensive modifications, including dehydration, deoxygenation, carbonization, and surface modification. Continuous efforts to investigate HTD are generally directed toward the research of one single topic. However, the mechanism study of HTD on thermal conversion and utilization processes, and the prospect analysis of HTD industrialization are completely lacking. The development history of HTD is briefly introduced. The effects of HTD on the slurryability, liquefaction, gasification, pyrolysis and combustion are investigated in detail. Moreover, several suggestions are proposed based on the current problems in industrialization of HTD technology. It is suggested that the lignite HTD should combine with coal-water slurry gasification, pyrolysis-based integrated multiproduct process and coal briquetting, to achieve large-scale utilization of lignite in the future.
