循环流化床锅炉床温及床压建模

         

摘要

In order to optimize the bed temperature and pressure control effect for circulating fluidized bed (CFB)boilers,the Libsvm soft package was employed to establish a support vector machine based bed tem-perature and pressure model,on the basis of analyzing the relationship among the bed temperature/pres-sure,primary air and fuel valve opening degree.Moreover,this model was verified by Matlab software and field test data of a 300 MW unit CFB boiler.The results show that,this LIBSVM-based algorithm has great accuracy and well generalization ability.%为了优化循环流化床(CFB)锅炉床温及床压控制,根据对床温、床压与一次风量和回料阀开度关系特性的分析,利用 Libsvm 软件包建立了基于支持向量机(SVM)算法的 CFB 锅炉床温及床压模型,并采用 Matlab 软件和300 MW 机组 CFB 锅炉运行数据对所建模型进行了验证。结果表明,该模型具有较好的准确性以及较强的泛化能力。
