SNCR 气力式喷嘴雾化特性数值模拟

         

摘要

The atomization characteristics of the nozzle in SNCR system directly affect the denitration effi-ciency.The spray angle,spray distance and some other macroscopic parameters can be measured through spray experiments.The Fluent software was adopted to simulate the air-blast atomizer in SNCR system, and the influence of gas-liquid pressure on flow characteristics and atomization effect was put forward. With a constant gas pressure,as the water pressure increases,the spraying volume increases while the gas consumption rate decreases.The opposite trend was obtained when the liquid pressure is fixed.This conclu-sion agrees well with the experimental results.%SNCR 脱硝系统喷嘴的雾化特性直接影响其脱硝效率。为了解喷嘴内部混合过程,优化喷嘴雾化特性,采用 Fluent 软件对气力式雾化喷嘴进行数值模拟,给出了气液压力对喷嘴流量特性和雾化效果的影响规律,即当气压一定时,随着水压的升高,喷嘴喷雾量升高,气耗率降低;当液压一定时,随着气压的升高,喷嘴喷雾量减少,气耗率升高。该结论与试验结果吻合。
