针对目前火电厂燃煤锅炉脱硫废水处理工艺长、药剂种类多、占用设备多等缺点,开发了脱硫废水一步法处理工艺和与之配套的可直接添加的固体净水药剂,并以某电厂燃煤锅炉脱硫废水为例,进行了实验室处理效果研究.结果表明,针对该电厂锅炉脱硫废水,该工艺的最佳运行条件为:搅拌时间60 min,搅拌速度160 r/min,加药量2500 mg/L.在此条件下,处理后出水中的各项指标,如悬浮物质量浓度(SS)、氟化物质量浓度、硫化物质量浓度、重金属离子质量浓度、化学耗氧量(COD)以及 pH 值等参数均可满足 DL/T 997—2006标准要求.%Against shortcomings of the present flue gas desulfurization (FGD)wastewater treatment process in coal-fired power plants,such as long process,various chemicals,excessive equipments and high operation cost,a novel FGD wastewater treatment method named one-step process was proposed,and the solid water-cleaning agent was directly added.This method was applied in laboratory treatment test for the desulphuri-zation wastewater from a power plant.The results show the optimal treatment condition is as follows.The stirring time is 60 min,the mixing speed is 1 60r/min and the purifying agent dosage is 2500mg/L.Under this condition,all measures of the treated effluent,such as suspended solid (SS),F- ,S2 - ,heavy metals, chemical oxygen demand (COD)and pH value,met the standard requirements of the DL/T997-2006.
