汽轮机高、中压转子振动的有限元法模态分析

         

摘要

针对汽轮机高、中压转子的共振问题,结合某亚临界300 MW机组汽轮机高、中压转子的结构特点,对该转子振动进行模态分析,采用数值仿真有限元软件 ANSYS,计算得出该转子的前6阶固有频率及其临界转速。结果显示:汽轮机的工作转速(3000 r/min)一般不会达到转子的后3阶临界转速,因此转子在后3阶不会出现共振现象;在实际运行中,当转子工作转速经过前3阶时,应快速通过并远离此时的临界转速避免转子发生共振。%Against the resonant problem in high pressure (HP)and intermediate pressure (IP)rotors in steam turbines,the HP-IP rotor vibration modal of a subcritical 300 MW unit steam turbine was analyzed using numerical simulation software ANSYS,on the basis of the HP-IP rotor structure features.The first 6 orders'natural frequency and the critical speed of the HP-IP rotor for this 300 MW unit steam turbine are obtained and the results were compared with that of the steam turbine with normal working speed (3 000 r/min).It shows that,generally,the working speed of steam turbine will not reach the last 3 orders'critical speed.Therefore,the resonant problem will not occur in the last 3 orders.During the practical operation, when the rotor's working speed goes through the first 3 orders,it should goes quickly and gets away from the critical speed to avoid the resonant vibration.
