新型干法水泥窑纯低温双压余热发电系统热力参数优化

         

摘要

A numerical model that is fit for the dual pressure waste heat recovery generation sys-tem of a new dry process cement kiln was established to make full use of the waste heat of flue gas discharged from the kiln head and preheater.Taking a 5 000 t/d cement production process as the example,the coupling relationship between and among such parameters as exhaust tempera-ture of the boiler with air quenching cooler (AQC boiler)and that with suspension preheater (SP boiler),steam temperature from the high and low pressure section and dryness of the turbine ex-haust were analyzed in detail,and their effects on thermal performance of the whole system were also investigated.Moreover,by optimization on maj or thermal parameters of this waste heat gen-eration system,the steam parameters corresponding to the unit maximum output power were ob-tained.The results show that,the flow rate of steam from high pressure section of the AQC boiler and that from the SP boiler increases with a decrease in exhaust temperature,while that of the steam from low pressure section of the AQC boiler shows an opposite change.As the evaporating pressure reduces,the output power increases first and then drops,its maximum value appears within the range with the high pressure evaporating pressure of 0.9 MPa to 1.1 MPa and the low pressure evaporating pressure of 0.18 MPa to 0.20 MPa.%为了充分利用新型干法水泥窑窑头和窑尾排放烟气的余热,建立了适应于该热源的纯低温双压余热发电系统数学模型.以5000 t/d 水泥生产过程为例,详细分析了窑头余热锅炉(AQC炉)和窑尾余热锅炉(SP 炉)排气、高压段和低压段的蒸汽、汽轮机乏汽干度等参数之间的耦合关系,及其对整个系统热力性能的影响.通过对该余热发电系统主要热力参数的优化,得到了最大发电功率对应的蒸汽参数.研究结果表明:AQC 炉高压段和 SP 炉的蒸汽量随排烟温度的降低而增大,而 AQC 炉低压段的蒸汽量相应减小;发电功率随着蒸发压力的降低呈先增大后减小的趋势,最大发电功率出现在高压蒸发压力为0.9~1.1 MPa 和低压蒸发压力为0.18~0.20 MP a的区域内.
