型煤原料粒度、配煤/灰比和助剂对煤灰熔融特性的影响

         

摘要

研究了型煤原料粒度、助剂及配煤对型煤灰熔融特性的影响.结果表明,原料粒度大于3.2 mm的型煤灰熔融温度高于粒度小于3.2 mm 型煤灰熔融温度;型煤中的低灰熔点煤含量在90%~98%之间时,其煤灰流动温度可降至1350℃以下;2种高灰熔点煤中 CaO 添加量分别在8.09%~10.92%和5.01%~8.07%之间时,其煤灰流动温度可降至1350℃以下;Fe2 O3的添加量分别大于9.26%和4.95%时,其煤灰流动温度可降至1350℃以下;Mg O对煤灰流动温度的降低效果不明显;灰中化学组成间反应生成低温共熔物是温度降低的主要原因.%The effects of raw material particle size,fusing agent addition (CaO,Fe2 O3 and MgO)and coal blending ratio on ash fusion characteristics were experimentally studied.The results show that,the ash fu-sion temperature of briquette with raw material particle size larger than 3.2 mm was significantly higher than that with particle size less than 3 .2 mm.The ash fluid point of the briquette can decrease to lower than 1 350 ℃ when (1)the low melting point coal occupied 90% to 98% of the briquettes;(2)the propor-tion of CaO was 8.09% to 10.92% and 5.01% to 8.07% in the two high ash fusion temperature coals;(3) the addition of Fe2 O3 was larger than 9.26% and 4.95%.MgO had little effect on reducing the ash fluid point.The low-melting-point eutectic mixtures formed by reactions between the compounds in ash mainly caused the drop in ash fluid point.
