N-38000型双背压凝汽器运行分析

         

摘要

The variable working conditions for both high and low pressure sides of an N-38000 type dual-pressure condenser was calculated,when this condenser was in single and dual water circulat-ing pump operation,at different steam loads and cooling water inlet temperatures.On this basis, the equivalent heat drop method was applied to calculate the optimal inlet temperature of circulat-ing water for suitching the single and dual circulating water pump,at different unit loads.The re-sults show that,with the unit load of 40%,running single circulating water pump is more eco-nomical,while when the unit load is 60%,80% and 100%,the optimal inlet temperature of circu-lating water is 25.1 ℃,22.3 ℃ and 17.6 ℃,respectively.%以某N-38000型双压凝汽器为研究对象,针对凝汽器低压侧和高压侧分别计算了在不同蒸汽负荷、冷却水入口温度以及单、双循环水泵运行时凝汽器的变工况特性.在此基础上运用等效热降法,综合考虑水资源的价格因素,计算了机组不同负荷下单、双循环水泵切换的最佳循环水入口温度.研究结果表明:当机组40%负荷运行时,单循环水泵运行较经济;机组负荷分别在60%、80%、100%负荷运行时单、双循环水泵切换的最佳循环水入口温度分别为25.1、22.3、17.6℃.
