现场总线技术在火电厂的应用

         

摘要

Compared with the conventional DCS control technology,the fieldbus control system has obvious advantages in remote maintenance,fault prediction and analysis of the local measurement equipment and ac-tuator.Moreover,it has higher safety and reliability.Its application in fossil fuel power plants shows that, the Profibus and FF protocol filedbus are more suitable for thermal power plants;the protection control system should apply the Hart protocol;the investment of FCS is higher or close to that of the DCS system;it is necessary to develop the intelligent instrument diagnosis and optimize the software,to fully take use of the fieldbus technology.%现场总线技术较传统的DCS控制技术,其更便于进行就地测量设备和执行机构的远程维护、故障预测和分析等,且安全、可靠性更高。工程应用结果表明:火电厂控制较适宜采用 Profi-bus和FF协议现场总线;保护控制系统应采用 Hart 协议;现场总线控制系统(FCS)投资较DCS略高或接近;需不断开发智能设备诊断和优化软件,以充分发挥现场总线技术优势。
