HP磨煤机磨制经济性煤种的运行特性

         

摘要

研究了 HP1163/Syn 型磨煤机在磨制神混煤和印尼煤时的运行特性.结果表明:煤粉细度R90随动态分离器转速升高而降低;动态分离器转速在600~750 r/min 时,单位转速变化引起的煤粉细度变化是该转速范围的2~3倍;随着动态分离器转速的增加,磨煤单耗升高,且转速越高,单位转速变化引起的磨煤单耗增加幅度越大;随着进口一次风量增加,出口煤粉含水率先升后降.建议C磨煤机磨制神混煤分离器转速为778 r/min,E 磨煤机磨制印尼煤分离器转速为617 r/min.%Operation characteristics of HP1163/Syn coal mill grinding Shenhun coal and Indonesian coal were investigated.The results show that:the pulverized coal fineness R90 decreased with an increase in re-volving speed of dynamic mill classifier;the coal fineness variation caused by unit revolving speed change of the classifier within the range from 600 r/min to 750 r/min was about 2 to 3 times of that out of this range;with the increasing revolving speed,the energy consumption of the coal mill per unit capacity increased,and the higher the revolving speed,the larger the change rate of energy consumption caused by unit revolving speed;as the primary air flux increased,the current of the primary air fan grew,and the moisture content in outlet pulverized coal increased first and then fell.It suggests that the classifier speed be 778 r/min for C mill grinding Shenhun coal and 6 1 7 r/min for E mill grinding Indonesian coal.
