基于图像处理的燃烧诊断和温度场测量系统在300 MW电站锅炉上的应用

         

摘要

电站锅炉的火焰检测和诊断技术对于锅炉的安全运行具有至关重要的意义,因此建立了一套基于图像处理的燃烧诊断和温度场测量系统。系统安装在300 MW电站锅炉的BC层燃烧器,主要完成图像显示、历史记录、动态趋势预测和温度场计算等功能。提出了综合运用辐射传热、光学、计算机层析成像(CT)和计算机图像处理等多种技术的截面温度场计算方法。对基本误差也进行了比较和分析。%Because the flame detection and diagnosis technology of boilers have a great significance on unit safety operation, a combustion diagnosis and temperature distribution measurement system based on image processing technique is estabilshed in this paper, The system is installed on the BC level of 300MW utility boiler, which has the following functions: displaying flame image, recording historical data, predicting dynamic trend, calculating temperature distribution, etc. Technologies such as radiation heat transfer, optics, computer picturing, computer image processing are synthetically utilized, and a sectional temperature distribution calculation method is proposed, The basic errors are compared and analyzed.
