In this paper,the means of the cultivation of the new-type professional farmers was summarized and discussed.The mech-anism of cultivating new-type professional farmers to advocate the government's leading long-term development plan was analyzed. The overall planning should focus on top-level design, the professional qualification access system could be implemented for the de-partmental linkage, and the classification policy could be also conducted to cultivate new-type professional farmers. The cultivation path of new-type professional farmers based on different types was also described.Therefore,only by setting up many more good plat-forms for the professional farmers could solve the major problem of"who will till the land"in the future,and maintaian the sustainable development of agriculture in our country.%本文围绕新型职业农民培育展开研讨.通过对新型职业农民培育的机制进行分析,倡导政府主导制定长远培育计划,统筹规划注重顶层设计,部门联动实行职业资格准入制度;采取分类施策,培育新型职业农民.根据不同类型,阐述了新型职业农民培育的路径.只有更好地为职业农民搭建好平台,才能切实解决好未来"谁来种地"的重大问题,使我国的农业持续发展.
