不同配比的椰糠与珍珠岩基质对番茄幼苗生长和育苗效果的影响

         

摘要

Using common tomato cultivar Baiguoqiangfeng as the experimental material, physical and chemical properties of mixed substrate of different coir dust to perlite ratio were measured, the effects of these substrates on growth parameters of tomato seedlings were studied by soilless seedling-raising method, and tomato seedling-raising effect were analyzed. The results indicated that bulk density and electrical conductivity of mixed substrate decreased,large to small porosity ratio increased and mixed substrate was more accordant with the conditions of soilless culture after adding appropriate amount perlite into coir dust substrate; emergence rate, seedling-forming rate, plant height, leaf area, fresh and dry mass of shoot and root, chlorophyll content, root to shoot ratio, strong seedling index increased by mixed substrate of appropriate coir dust to perlite ratio,and 40% coir dust+60% perlite (volume:volume) was preliminarily regarded as more suitable mixed substrate to growth of tomato seedling than the other ratios.%试验以普通番茄白果强丰品种为材料,采用无土育苗的方法测定了不同配比的椰糠与珍珠岩混合基质的理化性质,研究了基质对番茄幼苗生长指标的影响,并且分析了番茄的育苗效果.结果表明,椰糠基质中加入适量的珍珠岩可降低混合基质容重和电导率,增加大小孔隙比,使其更为符合无土栽培的要求;比例适宜的椰糠与珍珠岩混合基质提高了番茄幼苗的出苗率和成苗率,增加了番茄幼苗的株高、叶面积、地上地下部鲜干质量、叶绿素含量、根冠比和壮苗指数,试验初步认为,40%椰糠+60%珍珠岩(体积比)混合基质较其他配比更适合于番茄幼苗的生长.
