随着信息化技术的快速发展，作为企业运营的晴雨表，财务的信息化不仅成为现代企业发展的重要标志，更是企业精益管理一体化的关键环节。作为中国经济最有活力的中小企业，在大数据时期的财务信息化发展和应用方向应合理设定目标，进行科学规划，优化操作流程和组织框架，科学借鉴成功和失败案例的经验，不断完善自身发展战略，合理构建企业财务信息系统，使之成为在大数据时期，保证企业正常有序运行的源动力，进一步提高企业经济效益。%As a barometer of business operation,financial informatization is not only a symbol of modern enterprises,but also a key component of their lean management. SMEs are the most vigorous body of China’s economy. This paper advocates that in the era of big data,SMEs should set reasonable goals for the development and application of their financial informa-tization,make scientific plans,optimize their operation procedures and organizational structure,take examples by both successes and failures to improve their development strategy and build up their financial information system,thus ensuring their source power of orderly operation and benefiting themselves.
