海洋井口采油树装置检测及风险评估方法研究

         

摘要

In order to master the running status and integrity of in-service offshore wellhead Christmas tree equipment to ensure their safe and reliable operation,a study of detection technologies and risk assessment methods for the equipment was carried out. In the study,detection technologies such as acoustic emission,magnetic memory and ultrasonic phased array were successfully transplanted to the equipment. What’s more,the necessity of establishing a standard system for off-shore wellhead Christmas tree risk assessment was specified.%为了掌握在役海洋井口采油树装置的运行状态和完好性,保证海洋井口采油树装置的本质安全和可靠运行,开展了海洋井口采油树装置检测及风险评估方法的研究。成功移植了声发射、磁记忆、超声相控阵等检测技术,明确了海洋井口采油树装置风险评估标准体系建立的必要性。
