Based on a survey analysis of current situation of archive management of power construction projects,this paper proposes a concept of advanced control and management of project archives. According to practical problems encountered in different projects,it describes roles of advanced control in promoting the file management and highlights several key proce-dures in the control process. It also advocates that advanced control and management may help increase the integrity rate, accuracy and filing integrity of project archives.%对电力工程建设项目档案管理现状进行了调研分析，提出了工程档案超前控制管理概念，结合工作中遇到的实际问题，阐述了超前控制管理对工程档案管理的促进作用及如何做好超前控制管理的几个关键环节。提出超前控制管理有利于工程档案完整率、准确率和归档率指标的提升。
