对江苏省 IC 卡道路运输电子证件的发展与应用进行了分析研究，采用类比法，较全面地分析了其发展过程、实际应用成果、未来发展方向等，对江苏省 IC 卡道路运输电子证件的发展历程做了比较系统的总结，希望对全国推广 IC 卡道路运输电子证件发挥一定的作用。%In this paper,the development and applications of IC Road Transportation Certificate in highway transportation in Jiangsu Province were studied. Based on analogy method,its development process,practical application achievements and future development orientation were fully analyzed and the historical development of IC road transportation certificate in highway transportation in Jiangsu Province was systematically summed up,aiming to offer reference to the generalization of IC road transportation certificate in China.
