This article provides a comprehensive description of the overall development of Suzhou software industry bases from the aspects of development status of settled software enterprises,features of each base and innovative measures. In addition,it further describes the bases’ work efforts in enhancing and boosting the software industry. Basing on the above-mentioned studies,it gives two suggestions,including perfecting industry planning and strengthening on talent team culti-vation,so as to motivate the follow-up development of the industry in the city.%从苏州软件基地内企业发展状况、园区特色、平台建设、创新举措入手，描述了苏州软件基地发展概况，阐述了苏州地区软件基地建设的工作举措，并提出了完善产业规划、加强培育壮大优秀人才队伍的建议，为苏州软件产业的后续发展提供动力。
