The 21st century has witnessed the most ambitious environmental revolution and an unprecedented development model,low-carbon economy.However,due to a variety of factors,Jiangsu Province shoulders a heavy low-carbon bur-den in the field of foreign trade.For this reason,the paper conducts a research onthe sustainable development of foreign trade in the context of low-carbon economy to make a comprehensive and deep analysis of foreign trade in the province, find problems and corresponding reasons.In the end,this paper proposes relative countermeasures.%21世纪，人类社会发生了史上规模最为宏大的环境革命，随之也产生了一种前所未有的经济发展模式——低碳经济。受各种因素的影响，江苏省对外贸易的发展肩负着沉重的低碳压力。为此，对低碳经济背景下江苏省对外贸易可持续发展问题进行研究，全面、深入地分析当前江苏省对外贸易发展中存在的问题，探索其背后的原因，从而进一步就江苏对外贸易的可持续发展有针对性地提出对策建议。
