为加快稿件的处理速度，缩短论文发表的时滞，控制稿件的处理成本，提高编辑人员的工作效率，《军事交通学院学报》2009年依托局域网启用了“玛格泰克稿件远程处理系统”。该系统基于军网这个平台，实现作者-编辑-审稿专家-编委-主编为一体的稿件处理流程，简单介绍了在线办公系统的功能，针对办公系统存在为投稿信任度不高、投稿系统不稳定、审稿系统模式的固定问题，提出了一些建议，让系统更加完善，以更好的提高工作效率和质量，为期刊的信息化建设打下了良好的基础。%In order to fasten the processing speed of manuscripts,shorten publish time,control cost and improve the working efficiency of editors,the editorial office ofJournal of Military Transportation University adopted Margtech Re-mote Processing System for Papers based on its LAN in 2009.This system,based on military network,is able to integrate authors,editors,experts,editorial board members and chief editor in the paper treating process.This paper introduces functions of the online office system and proposes some suggestions on its limitations,low trust degree,unsteadiness of submission system and fixed pattern of the board’s review pattern to perfect the system,improve working efficiency and quality of the editorial board and provide a better foundation for the informatization construction of the journal.
