Building the community of shared destiny with neighboring countries such as Nepal in South sia is an important layout of the China’s Foreign Policy in South Asia.After the vision and proposed actions outlined on jointly building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st -Century Maritime Silk Road ublished in March 2015 , Nepal officially became one part of implementation of the BAR strategy in outh Asia.A strong earthquake struck Nepal on 25 April which has caused a great damage to Nepal, such as the difficulties about economy and livelihoods,the increasing of the political uncertainty.All of hese are bound to affect the regional development and stability.Therefore,we should take this as an pportunity to plan ahead for enhancing the adjustment about the implementation of the BAR strategy y increasing assistance of post -disaster reconstruction and economic recovery aid to Nepal, and turn he negative impacts of the nature disaster into a positive.All the policies and measurement mentioned bove can benefit Nepal more from China’ s development and recover from the effects of the earthquake as soon as possible and eventually improve their economies and realize the common development of hina and Nepal.%构建包括尼泊尔在内的周边南亚国家命运共同体是中国在南亚外交的重要布，2015年3月《推动共建丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的愿景与行动》出台，尼泊尔正式成为中国在南亚实施“一带一路”战略的一部分。“4·25”强震席卷尼泊，给该国造成巨大损失，经济、民生的困难，政局变数的增加，势必影响到地区发展与稳，对此，我们应未雨绸缪，以此为契机，调整“一带一路”战略在尼实施的力度，将帮助尼尔人民重建家园纳入其中，在原有对尼援助基础上，加大对尼灾后重建和经济恢复的助，将坏事变好事，使我国发展更多惠及尼泊尔，使尼泊尔尽快走出灾后创伤，恢复经发展能力，以实现共同发展。
