农牧民收入持续增长是解决新时代"三农"问题的重中之重.对西藏地区第一产业从业人口、农作物播种面积、粮食产量、农林牧副渔业总产值、农业机械总动力、农药投入量等因素进行多元线性回归分析发现, 这些因素与西藏农牧民收入增长呈长期稳定的正相关关系.因而, 因地制宜抓好农牧民增收, 实现绿色发展与农牧民收入持续增长, 对西藏的生态文明建设、全面脱贫攻坚大有裨益.%Sustainable growth of farmers and herders' income is the key solution to address the issue of "San-Nong" (agriculture, rural area and farmers) in the new era. In the multiple linear regression analysis, the factors of primary industry employed population, crop sown area, gross output value (of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries) , total power of agricultural machinery and the growth of Tibetan farmers and herders reflects a stable long-term positive correlation. The paper brings forward policy recommendations against above factors to increase the Tibetan farmers and herders' income.
