无轴承开关磁阻电机悬浮绕组短路故障下的容错运行控制方法

     

摘要

In order to improve the reliability ofbearingless switched reluctance motors (BSRMs),the fault-tolerant control of dual-winding BSRM with one levitation winding short-circuited is investigated in this paper.Firstly,according to the mathematical model in the normal mode,the mathematical model of short-circuit current is derived and further fault-tolerant mathematical model is also deduced.The proposed model is verified by the finite element (FE) method.Secondly,the compensation strategy of levitation forces is developed based on the fault-tolerant mathematical model and is verified by the FE analysis and Matlab/Simulink simulation.Finally,experimental results are provided to demonstrate the proposed performance.%为了提高无轴承开关磁阻电机(BSRM)的可靠性,研究了BSRM悬浮绕组短路故障下的容错运行控制方法.首先,基于正常运行的电机数学模型,推导得到短路电流模型和电机容错数学模型,通过有限元仿真验证数学模型的正确性;其次,基于容错模型提出悬浮力及转矩补偿策略,通过有限元仿真及Matlab/Simulink动态建模仿真对所提控制策略进行分析和验证;最后,通过样机悬浮绕组短路实验验证了所提方法的有效性.
