Mn掺杂纳米SnO2的气敏性能研究

         

摘要

In order to improve gas sensitive property of nano-SnO2 .different amount of Mn-doped SnO2 materials are prepared using chemical coprecipitation method. The prepared materials are characterized by XRD and SEM, while their gas sensitive properties are also studied. The results show that the doped Mn is a kind of substitutional impurities. The sensors show the best sensitive performance to VOCs gas and superior ethanol selectivity at low temperatures and good response-recovery characteristics to different volume fractions of ethanol at 300℃ when Mn doping amount is 1 mol% .%为了改善纳米SnO2的气敏性能,采用共沉淀化学法制备了不同Mn掺杂量的SnO2材料.利用XRD,SEM测试手段对材料进行了表征,并研究了材料的气敏性能.研究结果表明:Mn掺杂是一种替位式掺杂;Mn掺杂量为1%时,传感器对VOCs气体具有最佳的敏感性能,并在低温时表现出优越的酒精选择性和在300℃ 时展示出对不同体积分数酒精良好的响应-恢复特性.
