DDS在光栅传感器位移测量系统调试中的应用

         

摘要

针对光栅位移测量系统调试中直接用光栅传感器产生信号不方便的缺点,在研究光栅传感器输出信号机理的基础上,提出了采用直接数字合成(DDS)技术来模拟光栅传感器输出的两路同频严格正交信号,进行了DDS的原理分析,设计了相关电路,搭建了实验系统,完成了相关实验.实验表明:用DDS技术来模拟光栅传感器的输出信号,频率覆盖范围为0.1Hz~20MHz,频率误差和相位误差小于1%,整个系统电路设计简单,容易实现频率调整,能够满足实际需要.%In order to solve the problem of the grating sensor displacement measurement system debugging, based on research on the principle of the output signal of the grating sensor, two channel sinusoidal signals which must be strictly orthogonal and same frequency are imitated by direct digital synthesis ( DDS) technology. The basic principle of DDS is introduced, and the circuitry and the system of experiment are designed, and the experiments of testing are carried on. The experiment results indicate that frequency range of the system is 0. 1 Hz~20 MHz,its errors of frequency and phase are less than 1 %. The system structure is simple and the frequency modulation is easy and the requirement of measurement can be met.
