基于振动传感器性能退化数据的可靠性评估

         

摘要

A method is proposed based on the rediability assessment and performance assessment to give reliability assessment for vibration sensors with degradation failure mechanism. The assessment method first computes the statistical characteristics of the amount of degradation at different measurement and fit the statistical characteristics to functions of time. Then the reliability of products with the relationship between reliability and the distribution of degradation amount can be assessed. Lastly the reliability assessment for vibration sensors with the reliability assessment method based on performance degradation distribution is given.%在基于失效数据可靠性评估和性能可靠性评估方法的基础上,提出了基于性能退化量分布的可靠性评估方法,以对具有退化失效机理的振动传感器进行可靠性评估.基于性能退化量分布的可靠性评估方法,首先,计算不同测量时刻产品性能退化量的统计特征,对其进行曲线拟合得到统计特征随时间变化的函数,即性能退化量分布参数,然后,利用可靠性与性能退化量分布的关系评估产品的可靠性,最后,运用基于性能退化量分布的可靠性评估方法对振动传感器进行了可靠性评估.
