依托常德市武陵区城市用地再开发项目，通过把交通拥挤改善技术与城市用地再开发理论研究成果相结合，确定了拥挤旧城区用地再开发控制方法。该方法在拥堵旧城区用地再开发实践中得到可行性验证，有效解决了旧城区拥挤问题，并为再开发工程项目的实施提供了必要的交通条件，促进了工程项目的落地以及旧城区风貌的改善。%Relying on the urban land redevelopment project in Wuling District of Changde,this paper confirms a control method of land redevelopment in old crowded town through combining heavy traffic improvement technology with the research of urban land redevelopment.The feasibility of the method is verified in the urban land redevelopment practice.And this method effectively solves the traffic con-gestion in the old towns.What's more,that provides necessary traffic conditions for the redevelop-ment projects also promotes the construction of the project as well as the improvement of the urban style.
