In recent years, the planting area of a new local pomelo cuhivar (namely Dongshizao) has been increasing great- ly. However, there are also some problems existed in pomelo production like delay fruiting, low yield and tree decline, etc.. In this paper, cultivatian management are then put forward.%报道云南西双版纳东试早柚出现的投产迟、产量低、早衰等问题，提出了早结、丰产、稳产栽培措施和发展建议。
