和谐学术生态建设中高校教师职业道德功能的再认识

         

摘要

Based on the background of academic ecological imbalance, it is necessary to re-examine the functions of university teachers' professional ethics in the construction of balanced academic ecological. There are four functions of university teachers' professional ethics: the awareness and regulation function, guidance and control function, cohesion and unity function. The awareness and regulation function guides teachers to recognize academic ecological realities and ideals and to adjust the professional conduct consciously based on the rules of academic ecology. The guidance and control function makes teachers' behavior towards ideal state of harmonious academic ecology and prevent teachers' behavior from overstepping their bounds. The cohesion and unity function congeals teachers into professional and ethic community by providing the core values, thus creating appropriate academic order. The education and promotion function enhances scholars' self-discipline by educating teachers and students, and actively impacts social ethics to create a good academic environment.%基于学术生态失衡的背景,我们有必要重新审视高校教师职业道德在和谐学术生态建设中的功能.高校教师职业道德功能主要有认识与调节功能、引导与控制功能、凝聚与团结功能、教育与促进功能.其中,认识与调节功能引导教师认识学术生态现实和理想,遵照学术生态运行规律自觉调节职业行为;引导与控制功能促使教师行为向和谐学术生态理想境界发展,控制教师行为以免其越界;凝聚与团结功能通过提供核心价值观将教师凝结为职业共同体、凝聚为道德共同体从而营造合宜的学术秩序;教育与促进功能通过教育师生以加强学人自律,积极影响社会道德以营造良好学术环境.
