煤矿井下瓦斯治理的变频控制压裂泵组设计

         

摘要

煤矿瓦斯灾害防治是全世界产煤国面临的共同难题,有效治理瓦斯是实现我国煤矿安全开采的技术保障。本研究将地面压裂技术移植井下,结合煤矿生产实际情况,研究开发了井下变频控制压裂泵组、基于WIFI的井下压裂监控系统等关键技术和装备;为井下压裂技术成功应用提供有力的保证。%Prevention and control of gas disaster in coal mine is a common problem of the coal-producing countries around the world, is the realization of effective governance gas mining technology of coal mine safety protection in our country.This study wil transplant underground ground fracturing technology in combination with the practical situation of coal mine production, research and development the downhole fracturing pump frequency conversion control group, the fracturing based on WIFI underground monitoring system and other key technologies and equipment;Successful application to provide powerful guarantee for downhole fracturing technology.
