模拟测试分项计量数据计量错误、误差的实验方案

         

摘要

上海已完成几百栋公共建筑的能耗监测系统建设工作,上传的数据存在一些计量错误及大量的计量误差。本文通过解析分项计量现场产生计量错误、误差的种种因素,其中主要因素如下:互感器接反、接线缺相、二次线缆长度过长、不同横截面积二次线缆等。根据主要因素,在模拟实验台的基础上,提出了一种可以模拟分项计量现场产生不同计量错误、误差影响因子的有效实验方案。%Energy-consumption monitoring system construction work has been completed in hundred of public buildings in Shanghai, and some measurement error and large measurement mistakes exist in uploading data. In this paper, various factors are resulted in measurement errors by analyzing sub-metering error of the scene, the fol owing main factors including:transformer, lack of phase, different length of the second cables, different cross-sectional area of the second cables. According to the main factors, based on simulation test experiment, proposing an effective experimental scheme, which can simulate different measurement error and mistake influencing factors that exist in sub-metering scene.
