3 D digital products has become an important part of basic geographic information data ,from 3 D model to the three-dimensional digital map is a major breakthrough .this paper briefly describes the three-dimensional digital map of zhejiang province the main content of the technical specification ,analysis the relationship between the standard and the national industry standard ,and the model of classification and coding ,map framing and serial number ,scale,mathematical basis,precision and the expression of innovations .In the implementation of practical ,choose the type of product ,deter-mine the corresponding technical indicators .%三维数字产品已成为基础地理信息数据的重要组成部分，从三维模型到三维数字地图是个重大突破。本文简述了浙江省《三维数字地图技术规范》（DB33／T934－2014）的内容，分析了该标准与国家行业标准的关系以及在模型分类和编码、地图分幅和编号、比例尺、数学基础、精度和表达等方面的创新点。在实施时宜结合实际，选择产品的类型，制定相应的技术指标。
