地形图更新要素的检测及提取算法研究

         

摘要

The working of updating topographic maps in Digital Shenyang geospatial framework project ,how to quick-ly find the features need to be updated is an important work to affect efficiency .But the method of finding updates fea-tures relatively poor .This paper put forward the principle of which features need to be update in spatio -temporal data-base ,and based on the point ’ s and line ’ s spatial relationships proposing the algorithm of finding and extracting the fea-tures.This paper also propose a complete workflow and optimization algorithm to improve the efficiency of updated topo -graphic maps .Based on the theory , we write a program for topographic map ’ s features update work , which effectively solve the problem of finding the features needed to be update in the DLG ,improve work efficiency ,and achieved good e-conomic benefits .This paper finished the work of how to find and extract changed features in topographic map ,how to re-place the changes features to database is the need to research problem .%在数字沈阳地理空间框架矢量数据更新的工作过程中,快速判断哪些要素需要更新是影响作业速度的一个重要因素,当前提取更新要素方法研究较少。本文提出了在时空数据库中更新要素判断的基本原则,探讨了基于点要素、线要素的空间关系判断地形图是否需要更新的方法,并提出了需要更新要素的检测及提取算法,在此基础上本文提出了要素更新的完整流程,并通过优化算法提高了要素更新的检测提取效率。依据本文的理论编写的地形图更新程序,有效地解决了线划图数据更新要素检测的难题,提高了工作效率,并取得了很好的经济效益。本文完成了地形图要素智能更新的前期要素检测提取部分,如何将提取的要素替换到更新数据库中,是以后需要研究的问题。
