In the paper ,the status road template and work table of Changsha City are customized ,based on secondary development in EPS2008 software platform.The compiled status road network of Changsha city has clear layout complete attribute information,through using all kinds of data such as the as-built drawings,relief maps,the remote sensing ima-ges,planning data ,etc.It also has statistical output function .It provides basic data support for study and decision-mak-ing of urban traffic planning and construction of the urban and rural planning picture in Changsha city .%通过对EPS2008地理信息工作站的二次开发，定制长沙市现状道路模板与工作台面。利用竣工图、地形图、最新遥感影像、道路规划数据等各种资料，以清晰明了的布局与完整的属性信息进行长沙市现状路网的编制，并进行统计输出。为长沙市城市规划与交通设计等方面的研究、决策以及城乡规划一张图的建设、管理等提供了基础数据支撑。
