Geographical names are an important component of digital geographic information public platform of Shen -yang .this paper describes the process of Geographical names data collection and database establishment in Shenyang cit -y,consist mainly of basic data preparation,field data collection,data processing,data integration,data warehousing,coor-dinate transformation,data update,the six-part,and address classification of geographical names ,addresses descriptions and coding rules are focused .%地名地址数据是数字城市地理信息公共平台的重要组成部分。本文针对沈阳市实际阐述地名地址数据采集与建库流程，主要包括基础数据准备、外业数据采集、内业数据加工、数据整合入库、坐标转换、数据更新等六部分，并针对地名地址分类、地址描述及编码规则进行了重点论述。
